The SpringHill Suites in Jackson was a great place to stay. It is very new and well designed. Our room was perfectly clean and larger and nicer than I expected. The staff was very efficient and courteous, and seemed very professional. The area around the hotel is a new development with a few other hotels and a lot of great places to eat. We did not have time to check out any of the hotel amenities, but I would imagine they are very nice based on the quality of the rest of the hotel.
1st stay at this location. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and well equipped with large screen TV, microwave & fridge and it was very quiet. I would stay again.
Loved the hypoallergenic rooms. Layout was comfortable and the hotel had clearly been renovated recently. Only complaint is that my bed had a huge divet (I'm a small person) and it made it hard to sleep
Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast is good and kept stocked. The area around the hotel is very nice and safe.
The hotel was participating in an art fundraiser during our stay.
Staff was fantastic. Great location. Room and hotel were very neat and well put together. Breakfast was awesome. Would stay again.
