Rooms are nice. Only complaint is that each room has a door connecting to another room. Those doors don't do much to dampen sound! You can hear other people's normal tone conversations. Fix that andvthe place is 5 stars from me.
This place is simply amazing. The staff is courteous and very attentive. It's like being at home with family. Modern rooms with a very long hallway. Request to stay in a room that ends in 03. Lol
Great beds and absolutly amazing and understanding staff. They were able to answer all our questions as well as help out with getting us some toiletries we had forgotten at home.
LoVE this hotel. Stay here when you come to Jackson. Always great.
