Check-in was ok. No water in rooms. Room was clean, bed comfy. Very small outdoor pool. Breakfast provided. Staff friendly.
If it were possible to leave O stars I would. I just returned from a stay at this hotel and will never, ever return. Calling it a dump, is an insult to the word dump... Where to begin? The elevators were nasty, the carpeting on our floor was disgustingly nasty and due to an issue with the air conditioning, the room always felt damp, which in turn resulted in my clothing being damp. The free breakfast is nothing to get excited about it, it's pretty basic stuff and if you happen to be a little late too bad! The woman in charge of the breakfast area was more interested in closing it down, so she could have a smoke break! This used to be a really nice hotel, I've stayed here previously without any issues, not sure what changed.
The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway of exit 103. Lobby is very clean. Staff is very nice. Registration assigned a room to me in which they were informed by housekeeping that it needed linen added to the bed. Once I arrived to the room housekeeping informed me it's not ready but had it ready in 3 minutes. After taking a shower and drying my self the towel had someone else long hair strand attached to it. I informed front desk they had housekeeping switch out the entire linen in the room.
Not worth the rate. The lamp on the night stand, by the beds, did not work. I forgot my toothbrush and wanted to call to the front desk, however the phone did not work. Figured out it wasn't plugged in, I plugged it in, still did not work. The carpet is frayed, and the bathroom... the caulking was becoming undone in the bathroom and water stains are unacceptable. For the rate, and the way the room is deteriorating, I would not stay here.
No toilet seat cover. Very soft water. Hot water not really hot. Typical bad breakfast.
