Comfortable hotel, well equipped, clean and safe. Great location close to plenty of restaurants and close to the interstate. Got a great rate through Expedia, and at checkout for some reason the prices of each room were not the same, but the checkout staff reduced the price of the 2nd room to match the lower price of the 1st room w/o me even asking - fantastic customer service!
I was not disappointed at all. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the guy who checked me in hooked me up with a company discount when he found out I was there for a job interview nearby.
I arrived too late for the complimentary drinks, but I still stretched out in one of the comfortable leather chairs in the lobby to read for several hours before turning in. The breakfast bar and coffee selection were the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and there was plenty of options to choose from.

I needed a place to stay overnight and stumbled across the Cabot Lodge through AAA. The pictures looked beautiful and the breakfast buffet came highly recommended.
From my wife's FB post: "Ok so not starting out so hot on this trip. Checked in to a musty smelling room and air conditioner not working. So we were moved to another room. Still had a little musty smell but not as bad. So we said it's ok at least the air works in here. Getting ready for bed a large cockroach comes running out by the bed. Allen kills it with a sock that was under the skirt of the bed. After killing the Roach he looks at me and says, "and that was not my sock." Really? OMG. Ok so we were both laughing rather than crying. I went to the window to close the curtains. And hello there is a second large roach
