I gave this hotel a one star because there was no other option. If you are a frequent traveler on business, and understands the hassles of flight delays and such - then this is not the place to stay. Management was inflexible and downright crude when it came to canceling my reservation due to a flight delay. You are better off booking a reservation at another hotel that does not have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Trust me, I have stayed at better hotels without the hassle of 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.
Unfortunately, the water was cut-off, and there was a restroom 911, and no apology from the front desk. Not even a couetesy phone call to tell us they were cutting the water off. Never again!!
Staff very friendly! Rooms were fine, tub didn't drain correctly. Otherwise a good hotel.
I attended a meeting there for just an hour. The meeting room was great for a small group. There were about 10 people in the room.
