If I could give this place a 0 I would. I stay at red roof inns all the time and I promise I will NEVER stay at another one especially this location. When I checked in they were on personal cell phone chatting and then I checked into my room and the AC didn't work so I went up to the front and asked her if they could fix it and she said it wouldn't be until the morning so I politely said ok. Then I get irritated because it was so hot long story short she moved me to another room. I asked for a ice bucket and she said the don't have them? What hotel doesn't have ice buckets? I go into my room and there is poop on the toilet seat and food in the fridge and my bathtub drain did not work. When I asked about the drain they said it would take "hours to fix it" finally I have a sweet lady come in and agree the place was nasty so she cleaned it thoroughly. The next day 2 people knocked on my door one was pretty early and I said I didn't need anything and the second time my dog ran out (wasn't their fault) I went to the front and asked for a "Do not disturb sign" and what do you know? THEY DONT HAVE ANY. Disgusting hotel and not to mention RUDE staff. I had 2 people accommodate me and were very sweet one Lady who was house keeping and a man at the front. I'm calling corporate and will never stay here again.
When I checked in the two ladies at the front desk were very professional, they had nice attitudes, and gave GREAT customer service. That's what I look for when I stay at a hotel. I had one issue with my room and the young lady at the front desk immediately accommodated me with no problem! I would stay here again.
Never ever stay here. It smelled like a public restroom the moment I walked in!!!!! I went to work and left my luggage after check out time. My company cancelled my stay without notifying me. So I returned to grab my things and they CHARGED me another night in order to get them since it was after 11am check out time. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! There's fresh like next to the elevator, stained bedsheets, and gum stuck to the headboard. Don't waste your money and let this place burn.
Nice clean place. Not overpriced, and good parking. Met and spoke with new manager, guy named Sam, he was really nice and clearly cares about his customers. Will definitely return when in Jackson area.
Its is clean. Plenty of places for you dogs. Quiet. The staff is very friendly. Walking distance to all shopping places. Sense of security. Cozy rooms. People stay to them self.. No hoodlums. WiFi works great. Nice Cable TV set up.
