A great store with many clean demo mattresses to try, very good prices, and even included free home delivery. The saleman, Mr. Lacy, was direct, upfront, and honest with my wife and me, who have never bought a mattress before and were a bit intimidated by all of the options out there these days, and he helped us find the perfect fit for us.
Greg was ;my salesrep and he knows about Mattresses. He asked me a whole lot of questions about how i sleep and if I had back issues. I got the chance to try out many of the mattresses in the store, which were very clean, and then decide which one would be best for me. He gave me options and quick delivery and removal of my old mattresss. Very hassle free exprience. I have recommended this location to many of my friends.
My sister in law purchased a futon and upgrade the mattress in 2007. Since then, the prices of the same futon has increased over a $100.00. When I spoke with the salesperson, his response to the price increase was INFLATION. I will continue to search for a futon with quality products and service. Buyers Beware of the this place.

I purchased a mattress set that cost me about $1900, after they delivered my mattress set to my home, I find out there is damage on mattress and spring box, then I return to the store next day ask for refund or exchange. They refuse to do a refund or exchange even though I never sleep on it and I even show them the picture of damage part. The sale rep is very rude and no helpful. he even kick me out the store and threaten me to call the police if I am not leaving the store, that is how they treat customer! very disappointed with their product and customer service. there policy and warranty are totally rip off, stay away from this store and don't waste money in there. buy somewhere you will get better protection for your customer right.
