I recently have been looking for an apartment in a good area with great schools and since I first started my journey of looking at Park Place Apartment, it has been nothing but great. The young girl in the office has high spirits, very friendly, and have great customer service. She made sure that I had everything I needed before I left out the office and she also did a call back to make sure I was still coming. I'm excited about my move and cant wait. hopefully sooner than later:) Rather to say I viewed an apartment and the appliances and cabinets could use an update but other than that they seem to be some wonderful apartments.
While "touring," the agent stood at the entrance door and gave me very minimal information about the complex. The only questions I was asked was when I looking to lease. The only information she gave me was when I prompted her, which was mildly strange as every complex I've visited in this area, the agents informed me about information on the community without being prompted.
My experience visiting this complex was nothing short of uncomfortable. The leasing agent seemed poorly trained and unsure as I was shown a vacant apartment.
One word "Horrible" there are bugs,the wood on the stairs are breaking away. it's just horrible. they won't even try to fix it

Once we returned to the office, she simply handed me my license to send me on my way. She did not inform me about prices (until I asked) nor community features. I was looking forward to lease with this property but after this awkward and unprofessional experience, I will be leasing elsewhere and I advise others to do the same.
