Grandson's birthday party. All the six year old kids had a fabulous time. The service was wonderful. One young man said it was the BEST birthday party he had ever been to.
The trampoline part is great, but the customer service desk... thumbs down!!!! Be prepared to wait in line at least 30min, because there is only one person working it! Ugh
I honestly loved this trampoline park! I've been to high heaven as well and in my experience Altitude has less crowds, more trampolines to jump on, and they jump higher than High Heaven. They have 2 soft ball pits, a place for kids under 12 only, and several other fun things. The staff is very nice and do not hover frantically like other places. The only downside is that it does not have a ninja course but they get boring fast anyway so I don't mind. Great place!
I liked it and the kids seemed to like it I just think that all of those places are overrated. They don't give you anything but a room to open presents in. When I ask them if they gave anything else they said they give out paper plates and a wristband hahaha. But the staff was nice except when the party was over at 8 one of the staff girls came in there and was screaming at the kids and telling them it was time for them to leave.
My 11 year old daughter and a few friends loved this place-bought 1.5 hour slots and they were active for about an hour then went to arcade area and had a ball. Then back to trampoline area for last 10-15 minutes. Staff is all over the place and watchful which made me feel safe. Great time had by all just wish snacks weren't so overpriced.
