Sal & Phil’s is always great to us! Tonight my boyfriend and I decided we needed some crab legs. They were amazing as usual, but our waiter was even more awesome. Carl (not sure his last name, but he is in the Marines) took VERY good care of us, refilled our drinks as soon as they got low and checked on us throughout our meal! We thank him for his service to our country and being such a great waiter!
We usually come here for the crawfish. Today we came by for lunch. Their lunch specials are super affordable and to add the unlimited salad bar is only $1! Our server was real sweet, great service.
Great seafood! I love fried oysters! Hubby loves shrimp! Me too if I can steal a couple from him! Always great service, even when packed out!
I've only had a muffuletta twice before and wasn't sure where to get it here in Central MS. I ordered the large, not realizing, when they meant a large, they meant massive! I really enjoyed it, there's 5 layers of different meats, the cheese was nice and melty, the olive spread was also great. Fried fish was nicely seasoned, great batter. We'd definitely be back.
Had to wait a little longer than expected, but it was a good experience. The food was good, the drinks were great and the staff was wonderful. So all of that made up for the wait time. I will be back.
Relaxed atmosphere, excellent seafood dishes including gumbo, friendly staff, tv's that display sports and news, generally older crowd but family friendly with amenities such as highchairs and booster seats witty kids menu, adult menu does not represent foods that are extra spicy, no live music, more popular for lunch than dinner, public restrooms, and reasonably priced for seafood
