I placed a takeout order with this location. Country fried steak burger and fries. My burger was served with no gravy, and no gravy on the side. The meat itself was good, but only about half "country fried". I was given 12 French fries. I counted because it seemed like an oddly small number. The country fried steak burger at mugshots is usually a guilty pleasure meal of mine, but this one was just disappointing. Drive to the mugshots on Lakeland if you want better service and a meal that actually matches the description on the Menu.
Good food, friendly service. Lots of fancy burgers, but the server was very nice about letting me customize one. The o-rings were excellent. Great strawberry shake! The server wasn't very knowledgeable about the beers, neither the selection nor what they were. She might have been new. This place is definitely worth repeat business.
Good enough hamburgers but go here enough and everything tastes the same. Their not serving fresh cut fries is unforgivable. Decent draft selection, may be more than what's on their menu if you can convince your server to actually check with the bar. Lots of TVs.
I like Mugshots. I like the "Anthony's Peanut Butter Burger" and their portions are great. The only reason this location gets a 3-star rating is the service. I primarily do to-go orders here and it's always late or missing something that requires a wait. I typically don't mind because their burgers are so good, but that doesn't get you a higher rating.
Second time visiting. Didn't expect anything other than excellent service. Although our waitress was new to the job she was outstanding and made out visit very pleasant. Food is always good and fresh and the portion sizes are great for the prices. If you want a homemade burger with a variety of choices this is the place to come
