We went there for lunch yesterday at 1:20 pm. When we arrived we stood there for almost 10 minutes with servers and staff just walking by us. That was rather disappointing. However once we were seated our server and her trainee were great. We ordered our food and when it came mine was great. My wife ordered the catfish with fries and asparagus. Instead of asparagus she got a vegetable skewer. We were short on time so she just ate what she had so we could get back to work. The only thing that kept this visit from being horrible was the servers. Long wait to be seated with very few people inside and incorrect dish. Overall it was okay.
I travel a lot for work. Usually my solo dinners at the bar are super boring. I sat with Marquita and she was amazing! She had good conversation and very attentive. Food and drinks were great. I had a really hard day and she made sure I left with a smile!
Poor customer service after a 45 minute wait on a Saturday night...Took an additional 30 minutes to bring food... fries were cold and hard so we sent them back, and they took an additional 15 minutes to bring new fries.... My friend girl didn't even get her fries with her meal after waiting for soooo long... I wouldn't recommended going here unless it's lunch time through the week! Waitress was cool, but food wasn't..
No one acknowledged I was there, others sitting without service. I've not seen it this bad here. I got up and left, no one cared. They watched me leave. How awful. Jackson and Logan's can do better. If u could give it a zero star, I would. Awful.
Great staff very nice and helpful. Barely no wait time and excellent food. Keep up the good work!
