The manager was wonderful ms Kathy nadolny was very nice. She. Went over everything with me showed me how big the room I was getting I loved it very good customer services. I say give her a raise she deserves it.. If I ever need storage again u will b the place I will pick thank u so much

Brenda, the store manager, provided excellent customer service and was very patient with me when I decided to change my mailing address and had to start the sign up process over from scratch. Brenda also went above and beyond to help me with a lock issue at my storage unit. The kind of customer service Brenda provided me is extraordinarily rare these days and much appreciated.

I need to update and say that when I went to put my items in the stoage unit my movers advised me I needed another one. I had too much furniture. Again, Brenda was a LIFE SAVER! She help me set one up in record time without delaying the movers at all. I truly appreciate her professionalism and understanding. She is great to do business and work with.
