Extra Space Storage in Ridgeland offers a variety of storage options in a clean, bright, climate controlled facility. In that regard, they are the same as many others. But what makes them stand out are the exceptional people who work there. In the 2.5 years I was a customer there, whoever I was dealing with at any given time was at all times friendly and helpful. From the moment I put a lock on my storage space to the moment I emptied it out, I had every confidence that my stuff was well taken care of and that Monique and everyone else cared about it just as much as I did. Monique Dennis the store manager is amazing. The entire atmosphere of this place is great. They’re friendly and showed you different options and the exact unit you’d be renting. The location is convenient and they supply dollies to assist you with your belongings AND a freight elevator!!!!
Monique was very helpful. I was arriving late due to work and she stayed and waited on me even passed closing. Nice and clean area, very spacious and easy move. I was also worried about the indoors storage unit and the hassle of moving. However, the freight elevators and dolly made it really easy
