Dining in is horrible, food is usual Pizza hut fare, but the staff is doing to many things. The phone rings constantly and is very loud, the home shopping network was on with the volume turned up. No silverware or napkins brought with food. Long wait when I was there.
Well, I was hoping this location would be better than the Brandon location . . . . Not by much (read my review of that location). My family and I chose to dine in tonight. After ordering a large pizza, supposedly on special for 7.99, with drinks and cheese sticks, we had to wait about 25 minutes. Drinks came after about 15 minutes. The pizza showed up at 25 minutes, looked good, but had no plates/silverware. Stood at the counter for a few minutes, requested plates. Employee went to back for a few minutes and came out the plates and napkins. No silverware. Found some plastic forks on a nearby stand (thank God for those because I didn't want to anger the staff by requesting silverware). Began eating and 10 minutes later cheese sticks show up with cheese only on about half of them. Such a disappointment. The sticks came with a dish of sauce which was cold. Ate the pizza and sticks, never had a waiter come by for refills of drinks. Wife went to pay, upon leaving saw the receipt, we got charged full price for the large pizza special (not the 7.99 we had asked/agreed about when ordering). Overall, sad experience. An employee had to unlock the door for us on the way out...place is open to 11 and it was 9pm. Not sure why they had it locked...overheard female employee in kitchen tell another one "I don't want to do that, you do it, I'm tired." Sums up my attitude regarding pizzahut in the Jackson metro area. Stay away, it doesn't get better, like the horrible McDonald's in the metro, magement/owners just don't care, not worthy of your hard earned cash.
Workers very friendly. And do their best to get your order out in a timely manner.
Pizza Hut is usually pretty good. Today I waited 20 minutes behind a guy at the window, while my order got cold. And my pizza is about half crust, half toppings...
Had a terrible dune experience. It took over 20 min to even be acknowledged. After telling them we were waiting g still didn't come over to take order. Ended up just leaving.
