My most recent order was never received, though their pizza tracker claims it was delivered. I’ve attempted to call them twice, but received no response. I have now lost $20 and time spent waiting for my order to arrive.
When I order a pie online I ask the pie to be cooked well done and crispy. More often than not the is not cooked as I instructed and I have to recook the pie in my oven.
I love the Pine Knoll location. My order has never been wrong plus the service (delivery and in-store) and food are both amazing. Delivery is here within 30 min or less every time. I'd recommend them to anyone near by and craving pizza or wings ( my two favorites).
