This was my second time shopping at Specialty Hardware and they were great again. The sales rep spent time with me going over all the hardware needs for my house and then after the order came in another sales rep installed the door hardware. Great service.

Fantastic experience. I had a lock that I had been going to replace and broke trying to get out, but discovered it was too different than a normal lock to swap, and it would be $600 to replace with an identical model! The guys at the store had one in stock that only needed minor modification to fit my door, they did that and rekeyed the lock to boot for a great price and very quickly as well! Would highly recommend!
We had to make multiple exchanges and they were more than accommodating and helpful. All of the staff is so nice and the manager Brady goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get what they need, can't say enough good things!
