There was not much help at all. I was left to fend for myself. When i did run across someone to ask for help, they had absolutely no clue but still feed me some b.s. which left me more lost than before I even asked. This seems to ve every trip to lowes I make no matter to the flowood, ridgeland, madison, or Jackson. To be such a great store, I wish they just had better service.

Horrible customer service in ProServices. Cashier had a nasty attitude and guy couldn't bother to actually show me where materials were because he was too busy talking to a girl he knew. Lost a $2k sale to Home Depot today.
Worst customer service ever 90% of the employees walk around with paper and pencil as if they are too good to offer any assistance. They don't greet you as you enter. One employee was helpful and her name was Clara. As I have a bad shoulder injury everyone I asked to help me load my merchandise pointed me to someone else and when they call for someone over the intercom no one ever came I advise all my customers not to shop at this location and this is not the first time it was just the worst. It would help if some of the big-time Executives were to shop here anonymously themselves but don't take my word for it I invite any and everyone to see for themselves as there is definitely an air of prejudice throughout the whole store. If it were not for Clara I would have walked out
