Salesman tested both batteries from mobility scooter and found one was bad. He explained that only replacing the bad one and keeping the old good battery that because of age it would not perform at maximum performance. I replaced both batteries and very happy!
huh? They were supposed to be full when we paid $700 for them! We finally gave up when it became obvious that it was 3:30 on Friday afternoon and these people were NOT going to do anything. So, we did what they recommended & just drove...and drove...and drove. Now it's 24 hours & 500 miles later, & either those batteries are worthless or IT WAS THE WRONG FREAKING ANSWER, JACKASSES!!!! Wanna try again?

Absolutely abysmal! Pulled in to get upgrades to our RV coach batteries. $700 later the the auto disconnect alarm went off--and is STILL FREAKING GOING OFF!! The totally bogus answer they got from some RV dealer was to, "just drive it, so the batteries charge to full."
Wow, a company that still stands behind thier product! No hassle, replaced my 2 1/2 year old battery with a smile. They even installed it. Thanks guys
I was in this week and needed my battery tested, I had 3 people walk past me in the outside part of the store. I was standing there listing to the most foul language I have ever hear F this and F that MF that. Finally a gentleman pulled up in an interstate truck and was so kind and courteous and helped me right away. Yes mam' was a nice thing to hear after all of the foul language I had been listening to. I believe his shirt said Mike or Michael, tall young man. If you had more hard working, polite employees like him you would be a great place. I have told so many about my experience and I even called the store to commend that young man and all I got was an okay. I always thought Interstate Battery was a Christian run company obviously the owners at the Ridgeland location do not mind that the three employees in the back were being so rude and disrespectful of their employer. This to me shows lack of respect to the employees from their employer. I hope this young man finds out that I did try to give him a good word in such a downer place to be.
