Great experience. Makes me believe in URGENT CARES again.. They have a terrific staff and the NP is very knowledgeable. She doesn't rush and takes the TIME it requires to fully understand WHAT tests you need, and spends time explaining the reasoning behind your results and the reasoning for her next steps. VERY CLEAN. VERY FAST..
Went there this morning (12/18/17) for general sickness. The staff was excellent! Tracy was outstanding with her assessment and treatment.
The reception was great, friendly, curtious. Thee wait to get back in a room wasn’t long but the wait in exam room was a little lengthy. Once the doctor ( Amy ) got in the room it was all worth. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, just a great bed side manner. No pressure just plain southern hospitality. Would recommend for all.
Excellent service and they were very fast. CFNP Lora Martin was wonderful. She was very thorough and noticed an issue doctors have missed for years. The rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Trust care.
The only thing I didn't care for is the same thing I've seen at other clinics- asking personal information and the purpose of your visit in the lobby where everyone is listening. Otherwise pretty efficient.
