I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for almost 2 years before I found Dr Sotolongo. After trying shoe inserts we agreed I needed surgery. It was quick and well-done. Both Dr. Sotolongo and her staff encouraged and supported me during my recovery and I am now back to bouncing around, pain-free! Walking in pain is both physically and mentally debilitating. Great service! Was seen within week of appointment request, only waited 5 minutes to be seen in clinic, and issue was addressed that day. Dr. Sotolongo treated my condition on the first appointment and I have had no trouble since. Great experience here!
Dr. Sotolongo operates a small, friendly, efficient clinic. She and her staff are competent and conscientious. She is well known and respected by the other physicians I go to. And she has front door parking and is conviently located.
The nurses, assistants and other staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sotolongo is also very friendly, and she thoroughly explains matters and tries to offer helpful suggestions and remedies beyond writing prescriptions. I feel she sees me as a human being, and she listens and answers every question.
I now have my employer and his son making regular visits to her clinic.
