These guys are knowledgeable, dedicated, and the owner is very involved in all that takes place in and around the shop. They treat their female customers with the utmost respect, make suggestions one may not even think of that are actually very handy. very informative. These gentlemen are top notch. I had some problems with an order (due to my own negligence) and they were very understanding and polite! Since then I have been back several times, with great service every time. I cannot say enough positive things about MS Gun Works.
My M1 30 caliber carbine was jamming up after the third or forth round. I cleaned it, inspected it, did what I could to my knowledge to try to fix the failure. I took my carbine to MS Gun Works, and within a week I had a working M1 carbine :) at a reasonable price. They showed me the failing part and replaced it. Keep up the good work!
Mr. Magee! Nicest person you'll ever meet. I was selling some old guns, he was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Very reasonable. I was satisfied both times I did business with him.
Nice people but MS Gun Works totally lied to this customer about fixing a problem with my pistol and then charge me for a full hour and firing test. $74 for an opinion and no real work. Send it to the manufacturer people, there rates are in line with commercial gunsmith. Also kept my weapon for over a month before this. Hope this didn't occur because of my skin color but it is Mississippi.
