I came in for the early evening happy hour drink and appetizer special. The bartender was friendly and attentive for the most part. One small mistake was made with my order, but it was corrected quickly. The error is not why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. To be honest, I just wasn't impressed. B+ at best.
The food had excellent taste, more so than any other Applebee’s I’ve been to. However, the service was poor. Wait staff is very slow. Mostly all any of the workers do is stand around and talk to each other.
Lazy ass workers no work ethic! I was sitting waiting for 20 mins nobody took our order actually told me they were waiting for the next shift to take our orders they were just sitting there doin nothin while the time passed talking with their big ass loud mouths. There were 3 workers sitting just 2 tables behind me wouldn't take customers orders. Never been to a restaurant like it no wonder it look deserted. Wish I could rate it a 0. Workers need to be fired or this location won't last long.
Only person that would rate this place more than 1 star is an alcoholic. Luckily y'all have $1 drinks! The worst customer service I ever experienced.
We came here for New Year's Eve and they showed us a blessed time energy was good everyone personality was awesome they showed us nothing but love I had to give them a 5-star rating if I could have gave them a 6 I would have
A great experience in a restaurant like Applebee's is having consistency between stores. Detailed policies and guidelines are in place so that this can be achieved (I should know because I spent 6 years with Applebee's and employed at 11 locations.
