Ever man and woman got to go to Zales!!!!!
Three individuals working, i came in for a quick and easy ring inspection and cleaning. Took 10 mins to even be acknowledged and then one of the women working finished helping a customer and wouldn't even look at me to help. She helped a newer walk up customer before she even acknowledged me waiting to be helped. This location is always incredibly slow and one of the worst I have visited.
The employees were nice and helpful.
My husband purchased my first diamond from Zales,and the Staff was great!!
