This Wal-Mart has been there for a while, and it's quite small, with that said I still from time to time frequent this establishment, and I've never really had an issue with them. They always have a greeter at the door, and I ha e seen security in, and around, so I do feel safe, plus they have more cameras, and security then a prison, lol. There bathrooms could use a better touch though.
I just had to leave a review about the great customer service I received. I was in the store today and needed some assistance finding an item. I stopped a young lady and asked if she could help me, she replied with a huge smile "Hi, today is my first day so I'm not quite familiar with the store but I'll be glad to help" she was so friendly and had such great energy it immediately rubbed off on us. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the other associates in the area. GREAT manners such as "yes ma'am, no ma'am" a real class act! I usually hate shopping at the Ridgeland store but today was a very pleasant visit! It was nice meeting you Jasmine, & Thanks for great customer service! - Nicole
I've been to this location twice. Nothing different from the other Walmarts except I've noticed more variety, cleanliness and things are pretty well stocked. The only annoying thing is at night time, they have on register open and the self check out only has like three working and it can get busy with customers. Check out was like twenty minutes. I'd still go here again though!!
Nice clean store, well stocked with pretty much anything you might want or need. Most of the associates are nice, courteous and helpful.
Shopping after 11PM, and had zero issues. I was in and out quickly, and the night staff are incredibly polite! Who knew that late night shopping could be so much fun. I really hope someone from the organization reads this, because the staff should be recognized for their courtesy, efficiency, and hospitality. Bravo!
