I was shocked so I said " I'm sorry ma'am . I didn't know I got this cart at your store entrance.". She then continue in the same rude tone and said " I didn't say you knew but you just can't have it! It's for walmart take it out!"
I then decided to leave with my family.
First time going there and this was a very disappointing experience! Poor customer service! I took my family of 5 there around 6pm on 11/4/2016. No one greeted us as we enter the building . I had a shopping cart that I found at the main entrance and my baby (11 month) was seating in it. Couple of minutes after, one of the ladies who works there stood about 10 to 15 feet away and with a very rude tone said " eh sir you can't have that cart here! "
