29.00 for a simple tire repair, they had truck in shop for over an hour to patch a tire, I guess you have to charge that much if you take 4x as long as a normal shop. Ford dealership is much faster and provides friendly customer service.
Every auto shop out there will have people complaining about something. These people are honest people. Yes there is a wait. But that is because they are so busy. And that is because they are popular. If an auto shop is not busy then you should worry. As for fixing a problem and having another problem right after, well that is common. When a worn part is replaced it means there may be other worn parts that will go bad because the new part is running so good it makes the other older parts go bad. For example: if you replace a worn out crank shaft it won't be long and your pistins will give out. Any older chevy owner will tell you that when you change the transmission fluid on an old chevy, it wont take long and it will ruin the entire transmission. Good shop here. I have delivered a lot of vehicle to them when i was a wrecker driver.
This is the worst auto shop, i don't recommend any one to go there. They fix one thing and create another problem, after paying $500+ trust me you will be back there after a week, and ask you another $500.
Poor customer service.
This place is trash. Tried to charge me $400 on a repair that took me 30 minutes and a $40 part to fix myself.
Waited for an hour for flat repair, they said they would get right on it.
Going in today to see if these overpriced rotors were under warrenty, which they should, every rotor assembly comes with a one year at least. Lol at this one... once the job was done to the initial sevice I began to hear something like sand paper rubbing together. Took it back to them(the next day) and they couldn't find the problem. Took it to three other trusted mechanic shops and they too couldn't find the problem. My long term mechanic who did the rotors ,before CCC, informed me that the rotors were the wrong size for a 05 sts that CCC put on. He told me he had done the same mistake and corrected the issue before I left that day.. way back when. #cares... the thing about this CCC is they want to make $$ and not care about return in customer business. Above all of this the manager tries to sell me another set of front rotors to fix the issue. No sir. Either he knew they were wrong and just didn't do the diligence like my long term mechanic or he felt like I was the fool with money. Either way he was mislead by he own understandings.
