Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ridgeland, MS is staffed by some of the most professional, warm, friendly people I know; people that I've come to respect very much. I use this Enterprise frequently, and the entire staff treats everyone who comes through their door as if we are important to the company. The customer traffic can become very thick, especially on weekends and Monday mornings, but the staff is always extremely helpful and efficient. Their cars are always clean, and well-maintained. I was very impressed with the Ridgeland Enterprise. I reserved a car for the weekend to travel to the Beyoncé concert in Houston. When I walked through the door it was packed, and I thought to myself Oh gosh Im going to be in here all day. Surprisingly I was in and out. They got me in, took my info and had the car ready all in about 10-15 min. Drop off was easy and quick as well. I will be using in the future. Staff were all nice and friendly. very professional.
I booked a vehicle a week before I needed it. When I was waiting in line the day of pickup,, another couple who was sitting down jumped up to remind me that they were next in line. Having no issue with that, I waited a very short while before another associate took my information and we were out the door in record time and got an upgrade in the transaction. All this to say that professionalism goes a long way with me and my family. I will be back.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of what their doing. I didn't have to wait long to get into a vehicle and the return process was very simple. They came to pick me up and dropped me off without a problem. I see myself renting from them again.
