It's a pretty nice place with nice people and survice. I always like coming there to see their books and clearance section.
I am an avid reader and have bought books from many places...But, I always come back to Barnes & Noble. Their selection is incredible and if they don't have a book- they'll order it for you!!!!! They have a nice rewards program and all of their inventory available online. I haven't purchased their E-reader so, I can't review it besides what my friends, who own a Nook, have said. They rave about the ease of buying the books you want and not having to deal with dragging multiple books to work or wherever with you. Instead, you have all of your books on one device. The Highland Colony Parkway store has friendly and helpful staff who remember you if you come often. They offer Starbucks coffee and appetizers to go with it. They have quiet areas to sit, study or read and they aren't afraid to run the noise makers out of the areas. It's clean and organized for your ease and quick purchase. Also, their staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction. All-in-all, I give this store a 5 star rating for an all around great experience!!!!!
Great bookstore with a wide selection of books, music, toys and games. The staff is wonderful and makes everyone feel welcome! The store even features a café so you can sip while you read. They have the best selection of new vinyl records in the entire Jackson area.
Sat here for multiple hours to relax and read and every employee was so polite and if they saw me walking around they would ask if I needed help. If I could live here I definitely would
I like air conditioning more than anyone else after living in Europe. But my goodness, it doesn’t need to be set at 60 degrees in November. Several people complained to the manager about it. He just shrugged. Hmmm.... Looks like someone needs remedial training in customer service.
