I visited several bike shops before the Bike Crossing. The customer service at The Bike Crossing was by far the best. I had my two year old daughter with me and she decided to play and sing while Mike gave me the run-down on several bikes. He was very patient, did not mind repeating himself, and was very knowledgeable. It was clear that the owners are striving to make this shop pillar in the biking community. I bought a bike for a great price and intend to return for all my cycling needs.
We are on tour and have very limited funds and they went above and beyond what we could have imagined. Awesome great people. Thank you again and merry Christmas.
My wife and I popped in on a saturday right before closing. She was looking for some shoes to wear to spin class. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable even though we showed up when they were trying to leave! My wife found a pair of shoes that she loves!
Long distance tourer with a busted cable, I rolled in and and presto!, they took care of me. Good work; fair price; great shop setup, both for techs' work and for bike selection and gear to buy. Great stock and nice folks.
In my opinion, this is the overall best bike store in Mississippi, great staff and service, excellent product lines, and located just off the Natchez Trace and the adjacent 18-mile-long Ridgeland multi-use trail. So it's very convenient to stop by the shop mid ride for a cool drink or service issue. Last, this is a store that gives back to the community; their annual century ride is a charity benefit. I don't think any other bike store does that.
