Very nice facility with the most rude and classless workers I've ever met. They don't make you feel welcomed. There is always a problem when you want to book. They want you to prepay your entire balance when booking services. You're supposed to relax but the employees work you up so bad with their bad attitudes that you forget your purpose for coming was to relax. I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants good services and a friendly environment. Massages and facials were mediocre. They weren't good enough to make up for the rudeness of the staff.
On my first visit, I came in on a day off to get some TLC. I had my 5 yr old daughter with me and I was initially concerned that the staff may not know how to handle that, but in fact, they were *wonderful* with her. They were so friendly and personable, they made us feel as though we'd been coming there for years.
I came in for hot stone massage and manicure. The stones did not get warm enough to use due to malfunctioning equipment. My therapist reported this to the receptionist so that she could remove the additional fee from my bill. Instead of removing the charge to upgrade to hot stone, she billed me the entire amount and gave me a "20% off your next visit" coupon (assuming I'd be back). Poor customer service.
Receptionist was not friendly or personable. Nearly rude. However, the therapist and manicurists were excellent.
It is rather unfortunate this place closed. My girlfriend and I decided to go have a day of relaxation, and we soon realized this was the place to go!
Overall, my experience was fantastic and I will definitely be back.
(As to the person who had a bad experience, I feel terrible that that happened because we all know that feeling. Hopefully the staff will try to make it right with her.)
